This year it has been 50 years since Pablo Picasso died in 1973 at the age of 91. That is why this year there are over 40 special exhibition projects, events and conferences about Picasso in Spain, USA and France!
After graduating at the Art Academy in Maastricht, I worked in the studio of ex-masterforger Geert Jan Jansen, studying both impressionism and expressionism. I specialised in Picasso and investigated his life and work meticulously.
Picasso is the reason why I ended up in Barcelona 15 years ago.
For me, Picasso is a perfect guide to unleash your creativity and your imagination. For over 12 years now I have been giving Picasso Workshops both in Barcelona and in the Netherlands. I have seen hundreds of clients stepping out of their comfort zone and reconnecting with their creativity, allowing their imagination and problem-solving skills to thrive. Although most of my clients never painted before, every single person is amazed by their own painting skills. With the help of Picasso, I show people they can achieve more than they ever thought possible.
My workshops are most suitable for teambuilding, but families, friends, couples or even individuals can experience them as well!
Picasso & Flamenco
Last year I created several interesting workshops: The first is together with Luna Zegers, Dutch Flamenco Singer and Composer. Both of us, experts in our own fields, we call ourselves ´Translators of Spanish Culture´.
Together, we provide a three hour inspirational and energetic teambuilding workshop!
Picasso & Wine Tasting
Together with Dutch sommelier Ciska van Schagen, who specialises in Catalan winery, we offer a three hour program where you can learn all about special wines, and reconnect with your artistic side in a special Picasso Still-life workshop. A very interesting and dynamic mix for the senses!
Like most of the Dutch, we speak multiple languages, so we can offer all workshops in Dutch, English, as well as Spanish. We have several preferred wonderful locations available, but we are flexible and creative if you would like us to come to you.
